Delivery & Returns

We dispatch orders between Monday and Friday and on the day of purchase depending on the hour of the day. While we try and work for 2-3 day delivery this may not be the case for some customers depending on the delivery provider or depending on the shipping address.  The next delivery unfortunately is not guaranteed.

The mainland UK charge is £7.00 per order and it is subject to change. 

You must inspect the goods at the time and place of delivery and notify us any problems immediately within 10 days of the delivery date. After 10 days the purchase will be deemed as successful and in good working order.  

UK deliveries are in Sterling £ with UK VAT. If the Delivery address is not in the UK, UK VAT will be removed.  For EU deliveries, VAT value of the EU state will be applied. EU delivery charge is £11.00 per order and it is subject to change.  

Please also note that customer must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. Hokka Ltd will not be liable for any breach by customer of any such laws. Please note that customs may open and inspect packages and that the cost of the goods must be specified on the documentation attached to the package, even if it is a gift.

We hope you love your purchase and so does your dog  but if you’ve changed your mind, about your order or purchase, you have 14 days from the day of delivery to return your order, using our returns service. To arrange your return, simply fill in the “Make a return” form below on this page. Please allow up to 14 work days for your return to be processed.

The purchased item/s must not be used and must be ‘as new’ and in its original packaging with all the labels and tags intact when returned to us. Once you’ve informed us that you wish to return your item, you have another 10 days to return it to us. Once the item is received by Mons Bons UK, we will issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.

We understand some dogs may get excited with our items and chew them up. Unfortunately, this is not considered a part of regular wear and tear, and isn’t a defect on our part. Feel free to reach out to see what we can do for you.

We aim to get your money back to you as soon as you’ve returned your order, even if you return your entire online order from within the European Union, Unfortunately, we are unable to refund items lost or damaged in transit.

Unfortunately, for orders shipped outside the UK, we’re unable to refund any taxes, duties, charges or delivery costs you may have paid when placing your order. You will be refunded the tax-free price of the products returned.

In some instances, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. These include personalised and perishable products, as well as products which have had their protective seals or strips removed or damaged.
